If you’re anything like me, finding a solid workout machine that doesn’t take-up a ton of space (and is easily accessible) is key — which is the same thought that led me to my favorite standing desk stepper, the Niceday Steppers.
My job is stationary, to say the least — and while it’s great because I love what I do, I don’t love being stationary 24/7. Desk steppers, walking pads, and routines are all tools to help you stay active, even when your schedule doesn’t allow you to.
So, of course, when I found something I loved (like these steppers), I just had to share it with you!
The Niceday Stepper is a company mini stepper designed for home — in this case, home office — workouts. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a low-impact cardio or full-body workout who wants to add more movement to their daily life.
I was immediately impressed with its size (and the price point, although I firmly believe that some things are worth the price — like my fave Hydrojug and Beis Weekender), but it was so easy to use, which is why it was able to stick around!
First and foremost — it’s size. The Niceday Stepper is small enough to tuck away when I’m not using it, but when you’re running low on space (or simply don’t appreciate cluttering your spaces), it’s perfect.
This specific stepper is also quieter than usual and doesn’t have the same jerky movements that come with other steppers. Sure, it’s not the most expensive, but it does its job well.
Lastly, when you get the Niceday Stepper, they throw in bonus resistance bands that let you get an upper-body workout while stepping, adding a little extra oomph to your workout.
Honestly, it’s extremely basic — it’s ideal for anyone who wants a light workout or something to supplement their normal activity, not add on a heavy-weight workout. Essentially, it doesn’t offer much of a challenge if that’s what you’re looking for.
It also has limited resistance levels, which further pushes it towards the “beginner” side of things (but that’s exactly where I am, which means it’s a great fit for me).
If you want to try a desk stepper, the Niceday Stepper is my favorite and top recommendation. I always recommend it — and creating ways to add more movement to your day. Whether or not you should try a stepper itself is up to you!
