Valentine’s Day is coming up and you know what that means – it’s time to gift something special to the person (or people) who are special to you, including yourself! I’m huge on self-care for entrepreneurs so whether you’re here for someone else or yourself, stick around. This is a collection of my top-recommended Valentine’s Day gifts for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
My recommendations consist of things I use and love as an entrepreneur and have since I had my own six-figure wedding planning company and venue location back in 2016. These are not tools of the trade – they’re little things that make life a whole lot easier, and comfier, and maybe even give you a little break from your business.

I will forever live by the statement that you must take a staycation if you can’t do a vacation – we don’t need to work 24/7 even when you can’t take a weekend at the beach. But Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to plan a staycation where you do all of your favorite activities.
Take the time to treat yourself, do a little pampering, and try something new that you’ve always wanted to do but never seemed to have enough time! A staycation is the ultimate version of a day off at home – just remember to really unplug and detach from your business a little bit for the best relaxation results.
You might be wondering how a sleep-tracking ring ended up on the Valentine’s Day gift list for entrepreneurs… but let’s just say that after you try it, you’ll realize just how insightful and helpful it tends to be.
On top of being cute and aesthetic, the Oura Ring is a great way to keep track of whether you’re sleeping enough, if you’re taking care of your body both physically and mentally, and if you’re fueling your body.

There’s just something about working in clothes that both look good and feel good. Maybe it’s the ability to cozy up by your computer and get inspired by your business again – or maybe it’s just good clothes. Whatever it is, choosing a new work-from-home outfit will be one of the best investments you’ll make this Valentine’s Day.
Comfort means something different to everyone and everyone has a personal preference for what they like to wear while they’re working. I’m a big fan of a comfortable Free People set and my UGG Maxi Curly Slides – or my Birkenstocks.
Hear me out, a good pair of headphones makes a huge difference – one that you’ll immediately notice after you get a set. The pair I have are the Sony WH-1000XM4 noise-canceling headphones and they are AMAZING. They’re perfect for calls, working at home and in public spaces, and just day-to-day things.
And just like any quality set of headphones, they’re wireless and they come in three different colors: black, blue, and silver. If you want to see the pair I love, you can check them out here.
A staycation might be a great option, but don’t skip out on taking a Valentine’s Day vacation if you can! A vacation is a great way to get a reset and step back from your business a little. I know it can sound intimidating to ‘leave’ your business for a few days (in fact, quite a few small business owners don’t take vacation), but it could be exactly what you need.
Take a vacation to somewhere that’s not like your home – what I mean is if you’re living in the mountains, try vacationing at the beach. If you’re at the beach, try vacationing in the Midwest. Move away from your usual day-to-day and get a view of something different and new! Plus if you need any travel planning tips, I’ve got you covered.
But, honestly, while these are great ideas to use for inspiration, you should aim to get something that you’ll love and enjoy whether that’s a physical item or an experience.
